Learning to cook is a recipe with several ingredients: talent, technique, adequate tools, creativity, but most of all passion.
Organising cooking classes, even short ones, gives me the chance to share my experience with whoever wishes to learn the basics of traditional cooking or take up the challenge of more creative recipes. We will spend three or four hours together, taking part to the realisation of dishes that we will savour at the end of the lesson, in a cheerful and friendly atmosphere.

Everyone has a personal taste and his own idea about food, and also a different cooking culture and education. I think the main skill of a personal chef is to be able to fulfil the needs of every single person, respecting her/his habits and cultural origin, stimulating curiosity and making everyone approach and appreciate less familiar tastes. Spending a week or two cooking for people who come from different countries widens my gastronomic horizon, making me feel a little bit more a “citizen of the world”.

Keeping the quality of genuine, authentic cooking within a catering facility is not easy. To organise an event that will be remembered fondly, you need to consider with care every single detail: from the choice of the venue to the decorations, from the service at the table to the selection of the menu. In order to harmonise at best all these elements, I organise catering for maximum a hundred people for buffets and fifty seated.
